The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences encourages interested students to study abroad and will accept study abroad coursework as part of the major.
Students should initially work with a Study Abroad advisor to select a location to study abroad based on student interest, time frame, and logistics. Once that is done, the student should meet with a Psychology advisor to approve individual courses that will count toward the major. The Study Abroad advisor will approve gen ed and elective coursework.
While students can study abroad in any country, they are most likely to find Psychology courses offered in English speaking countries (England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Australia, New Zealand).
