Professor Daniel Tranel Named 2017 AAAS Fellow
The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences is pleased to announce that Professor Daniel Tranel has been elected as a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). The honor of election as a fellow is given to those who distinguish themselves scientifically in their disciplines. Dan was elected in the Neuroscience Section and was selected for his distinguished contributions in behavioral and cognitive neuroscience, particularly for studies defining the neural correlates of emotion, word processing, and memory.
