Wednesday, March 8, 2017 - 11:15am

The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences is happy to announce the recipients of this year’s J. R. Simon Early Scholarship Potential Awards.  This award is granted to up to 3 of our 2nd-year students in recognition of their especially great "potential for a successful career as a teacher, researcher, and all-around good citizen in a top-ranking academic department.”  The award is made possible by long-time faculty member, and now Emeritus Professor, J. R. Simon.  We are grateful to him for helping us to recognize these three outstanding students:

Marcie King (Clinical), working with Dan Tranel
Kathryn Goffin (Clinical), working with Grazyna Kochanska
Krista Wahlstrom (BCN), working with Ryan LaLumiere

Congratulations to all three students and their advisors. We look forward to witnessing the realization of the potential of all of you as you move through the latter parts of the program.
