Caitie Hilverman Selected for Psychonomic Society's 2017 Clifford T. Morgan Best Article Award
The Department of Psychological & Brain Sciences is pleased to announce that former graduate student Catie Hilverman (Hilliard) has been selected for the Clifford T. Morgan Best Article Award by the Psychonomic Society. Her article, entitled A technique for continuous measurement of body movement from video, was published in the Behavior Research Methods journal. Caitie's dissertation was supervised by Professor Susan Wagner Cook.
The Clifford T. Morgan Best Article Award honors individuals for the best paper published in each Psychonomic Society journal in the last year. Articles are chosen by each of the Society's journals during the summer and the selected first authors of those papers will be honored at the Annual Meeting and receive a monetary award.
The Psychonomic Society will formally present the award to Dr. Hilverman, who was is currently doing postdoctoral research at Vanderbilt University, at their Annual Meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in November.
