Tuesday, March 9, 2021 - 5:15pm

Dr. Hyunkyu Lee earned her PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Iowa. Following her post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, she started at Posit Science where she conducts research on individual differences in learning and factors that modulate brain plasticity across the lifespan. She studies how much cognitive training affects everyday skills and abilities, and is currently investigating cognitive exercise as a means to improve perceptual and cognitive abilities in older adults. She will talk about her career path and discuss her day-to-day activities working at the interface of industry and academia.
